How do you ensure plants survive shipping?

What happens if my plant arrives damaged?
We offer a 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives in poor condition, simply email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Do the plants come with the decorative pots shown in photos?
Unless specified as a 'Potted Combo,' plants are shipped in plastic nursery pots with drainage holes. We offer a wide selection of decorative ceramic and terracotta pots that can be purchased separately.
How do I know which plant is right for my home's lighting?
Each product page includes a 'Light Requirement' badge. You can also use our website filters to shop specifically for 'Low Light' or 'Direct Sunlight' plants depending on your room's layout.
