At Prickle Plants, we want you to love your new greenery; if your plant arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that live plants must be returned in their original nursery pots to ensure their health during transit.

Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to package your botanical items safely.
Pack with Care
Secure the plant in its original packaging or a sturdy box with ample cushioning to prevent shifting or breakage during the journey.
Get Your Refund
After our greenhouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
