To help set the mood, the Tradescantia likes to be in your bedroom or living room in indirect light. It can even handle some shade when you want to turn down the lights. Though, be warned, too much low light may cause it to turn green or leggy growth; to keep its purple and fullness, move it into brighter light.

Your romantic lil' Rhoeo Discolor wants things to move at a steady pace and is an average grower that will reach heights of 30cm. It also doesn't want to be too demanding, it's there to wingman you after all, so it only needs to be watered when its soil is dry, though it will thank you for the occasional sprits of mist!
