Devils Ivy

Devils Ivy

Do not let the somewhat spooky nickname of the Epipremnum Aureum put you off - no it will not take your soul, but it could quite easily steal your heart (see what we did there?). This fantastic trailing plant is the perfect companion for both new plant loves and experts. Its low-maintenance and requires little care, so you can forget about it for a while.

The Devil's Ivy can quite happily be placed nearly anywhere in your house as it will thrive in bright, indirect light or hidden away in a shadier corner. This plant will also only require watering every couple of weeks when the soil is slightly dry, and it demands a good misting every now and then - not too shabby for the Prince of Darknesses' Ivy right?

Even better if the Golden Pothos does manage to well and truly steal your heart and soul, propagating it is an absolute joy. Simply cut a small piece off of the plant and plop it down in water for a few weeks - and that's it! Although one thing to be wary of with this plant is that it doesn't exactly play nicely with little or furry Pricklettes so, just a friendly word of warning, try your best to keep your little ones away from the Devil ('s Ivy).
